In order to "practice what we preach" or "eat your own dog food" the class will be broken up into six groups.  Each group will investigate, report and develop a network based on the operating system or solution.  Each group will have one IP address to share with a small network of computers (using some form of NAT, ICS, etc.).

How groups will be assigned

Team Assignment  Due no later than 4:30pm Friday, January 23, turned in to the MIS 470 folder outside my office door.  One report per group, in a memo format.  In the memo, you will report to me your team members names, the name of your Team Leader, and the email and phone numbers of each team member.  You will also need to keep track of your time spent meeting outside of class, as well as class time spent working on your project.  Either the team leader or another person in the group needs to keep track of time spent (time spent will be part of your final project report).
